On the recommendation of the worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Javaid Akhtar, a number of faculty members have participated in a three-day training program. This educational event was organized by the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) in Lahore as part of its 17th batch of the Faculty Development Program.
The training aimed to enhance teaching skills and methodologies among faculty members of HEIs. It provided opportunities for faculty members to learn innovative teaching strategies and tools that promote better student engagement and learning outcomes. This event manifests our continuous effort to provide an advanced level of education for its students.
Certificates were awarded to all attendees at the conclusion of the program by Chairman PHEC, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir. The four faculty members, Dr. Muhammad Ayyoub (Director ORIC - University of Sahiwal & Focal Person for Faculty Development Program), Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad (Assistant Professor of English), Mr. Muhammad Shakeel Anwar (Lecturer Physics) and Ms. Maria Safdar (Lecturer Economics), who attended represent a commitment from University of Sahiwal to continuously improve teaching quality and enhance student experience.
